LTStraipsnyje pristatoma bendradarbiavimo koncepto struktūra komandoje ankstyvąją pagalbą vaikui ir šeimai teikiančių specialistų požiūriu. Pateikiama komandos atvejo analizė. Remiantis pusiau struktūruoto interviu duomenimis, išskiriami ir apibūdinami bendradarbiavimo tarp specialistų, bendradarbiavimo su tėvais bei komandos raidos ypatumai. Tyrimu siekiama atsakyti į probleminius klausimus: kaip bendradarbiavimas suprantamas komandos narių? Kokie struktūriniai komponentai sudaro bendradarbiavimo konceptą? Kokiomis teorinėmis perspektyvomis grindžiama komandos narių bendradarbiavimo praktika ir jos tobulinimo galimybės?. ENArticle introduces the structure of the concept of collaboration in providing early support for the child and the family from the point-of-view of professional team members. The case study of a team is presented. On the basis of a semi-structured interview, the specifics of collaboration among professionals, collaboration with parents and team development are singled out and described. The research aims at providing answers to the following problem questions: How do the members of the team understand collaboration? What structural components make up the concept of collaboration? What theoretical prospects are collaboration practices based upon and what are its development opportunities?. [From the publication]
