Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje pateiktas darbuotojų požiūris į savo bei įmonių problemas krizės metu. [...] [...] Pagrindiniai analizės pjūviai - respondentų bei jų artimųjų gyvenimas krizės sąlygomis, problemos, kylančios įmonių vidinėje bei išorinėje aplinkoje. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad krizė jau paveikė darbuotojų asmeninį gyvenimą bei įmonių veiklą: jie priversti taupyti, saugoti darbo vietą, riboti poreikius, koreguoti ateities perspektyvas. Dominuojantys respondentų siūlymai krizės padariniams asmeniniame gyvenime bei įmonių veikloje įveikti grindžiami tarpusavio pasitikėjimu, tikėjimu organizacijos galia ir jos santalka. Pagrindiniai siūlymai - tausoti žmogiškuosius bei materialinius išteklius, gerinti organizacijų įvaizdį ir kt. ENThe article presents the attitude of employees towards their own problems and the problems of enterprises at the time of a crisis. The main question is about how the crisis shapes employee perception of the changes in their life and the life of their relatives as well as the company in which they work. With the shortage of objective information, the social reality constructed by individuals becomes an object of social problem research. Theoretical insights into organisational problems have been identified. The information has been collected by using an open-ended questionnaire which was sent to the target respondents by email. Since the respondents were able to give a most comprehensive answer to the question, this survey method was close to an interview. The data analysis method is the qualitative analysis of content. The main dimension of the analysis is the life of respondents and their close relatives under the crisis conditions, the problems arising in the internal and external environment of companies. The survey findings showed that the crisis had an effect on the personal lives of employees and the company operation: they have to save money, retain their jobs, limit the needs and adjust the future goals. The dominant proposals of respondents to overcome the consequences of the crisis in their personal life and company operations are to promote mutual trust, belief in the power of the organisation and make efforts together. The main proposal is to retain human and material resources, improve the image of organisations, etc.
