Lietuvos Didžiosios Kunigaikštystės (LDK) kariuomenės surašymo duomenys: Gardino pavieto registro struktūra, kaip buvo užrašomi į kariuomenę siunčiami asmenys – bajorų šeimos nariai ir ne bajorai, aprašomi žirgai ir kiti joti skirti arkliai. Pristatoma raitelių ir pėstininkų ginkluotė, aprašomi ginkluotės komplektai, pateikiami komplektų sąrašai pagal jų naudojimo dažnumą. Aprašoma apsauginė ir puolamoji raitelių ir pėstininkų ginkluotė, apsauginės ir puolamosios ginkluotės komplektai ir pateikiami komplektų sąrašai pagal jų naudojimo dažnumą. ENIn 1565, the Gardin flag census took place from the 13th of July to the 10th of October. The flag contained 257 horses and other horses for riding (109 horses, 90 castrated stallions, 57 driven off horses and 1 mare). There were 256 horsemen. The horsemen were armed with 13 types of weapons: short spears (81.3 % had them), helmets (39.8 %), flexible armor (39.1 %), caftans (19.5 %), shields and long spears (10.9 % each), bows with arrows (9.4 %), long fighting knives (5.1 %), swords (2 %), smaller caliber arquebuses (0.8 %), axes and swords (each 0.4 %). There were 29 sets of horsemen’s armor, consisting of 1-4 parts. 34.8 % of horsemen had onepiece weapons, 23.4 % of two-pieces, 26.2 % of three-pieces, and 14.8 % of four-pieces. The following sets of horsemen’s armor were most often used: 1) short spear (32 % had them), 2) flexible armor + helmet + short spear (18.4 %), 3) kaftan + short spear (12.1 %),) hussar armor: flexible armor + helmet + shield + long spear (10.2 %). 60.5 % of horsemen had protective weapons. There were 8 protective armor sets and they consisted of 1-3 parts. 21.9 % of horsemen had one-piece protective weapons, 28.5 % had two-piece, and 10.2 % had three-piece weapons. The most common sets of protective armor for horsemen were: 1) flexible armor + helmet (24.2 %), 2) kaftan (15.6 %), 3) flexible armor + helmet + shield (10.2 %). 99.2 % of horsemen had offensive weapons. There were 14 sets of offensive weapons and they consisted of 1-2 parts. 88.3 % of horsemen had one-piece offensive weapons, two-piece – 10.9 %. The following sets of offensive weapons for horsemen were most common: 1) short spear (71.9 %), 2) long spear (10.5 %), 3) bow with arrows + short spear (7 %).There were 13 infantrymen. The infantrymen were armed with 7 types of weapons: short spears (10), helmets (5), flexible armour (4), larger calibre arquebuses (2), swords, kaftans, axes (each had 1). There were 5 sets of infantry weapons, consisting of 1–3 parts. 7 infantrymen had one-piece weapons, 1 had two-pieces, and 5 had three-pieces. The following sets of infantry weapons were most often used: 1) short spear (5), 2) flexible armour + helmet + short spear (4), 3) larger calibre arquebus (2). 5 infantrymen had protective weapons. There were 2 sets of this armour and they consisted of 2 parts each: 1) flexible armour + helmet (had 4), 2) caftan + helmet (1). All infantry had offensive weapons. There were 3 sets of this armament and they consisted of 1–2 parts. 12 infantries had offensive weapons in one part, 1 in two parts.
