Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje siekiama atskleisti rengimosi santuokai programos valdymą, taikant procesų planavimą ir dalyvių motyvavimą. Rengimosi santuokai programos valdymas tiriamas aptariant rengimosi santuokai programos valdymo funkcijų priimtinumo problemą, ryškinant rengimosi santuokai programos procesų planavimo problematiką ir nurodant klasikinių bei šiuolaikinių motyvacijos teorijų taikymo šeimos centre galimybes. Rengimosi santuokai programos valdymo funkcijų priimtinumo problema aptariama bendrųjų vadybos teorijų taikymo švietimo organizacijoje kontekste. Tyrimas atliktas taikant mokslinės literatūros analizės, šeimos centrų veiklos stebėjimo, duomenų interpretacijos, sisteminimo metodus. Metodologiškai tyrimas grindžiamas humanizmu ir neotomizmu. ENManagement of the program of marriage preparation, planning of processes and motivating of participants, is discussed in the paper. This management of the program is revealed at problematical levels of acceptability of management functions to the program of marriage preparation, exploration of planning of the program processes, and possibilities of applying of the classical and modern theories of motivation, in the family centers. The problem of acceptability of management functions is discussed from the point of view of applying of the general management theories to the education organization. Main methods of scientific literature analysis, observation of family centers activity, interpretation of data and systematization are used in the research. The research is methodologically based on humanism and neotomism. We can point out, general-management functions, at level of acceptability of management functions to the program of marriage preparation, could be applied in the family center as the educational and social organization. However the management of marriage preparation program needs an adaptation of them, from the point of view of particularities and uniqueness of the program. Planning of processes of the program of marriage preparation can take principles of general management and education management, providing the activity of family center and implementing the program. The program of marriage preparation is characterized by Catholic dogmatism and it can't be corrected.However the dogmatic feature of the program shows a clear valuable basis, which is very important by separation of future personnel. An applying of classical and modem motivation theories in family centers was determined. Adults participate at implementation of the program of marriage preparation, at the level of content theories. These people perceive a benefit of the program and implement them, when experience a possibility of their personal self-realization, support of head, appreciation and safety in a colleagues group. Motivational prerequisites of program lecturers depend on personally responsible contribution to work-process in a context of theories of expectations, justice and five variables. It is important to promote not only a competition, but also more close cooperation of participators for the implementation of purpose of the program. A motivation of learning depends on learning-process organization and personality of lecturer, from the point of view of modem management theories. Jung couples participate at the program because external motivation. They permanently value received news and their internal motivation can be better, at level of the subjective pragmatism. The motivation of lecturers especially depends on support of head, permanent creation of relationships between the head and lecturers, and their maturity. [From the publication]
