LTOrganizacijose žmogiškasis intelektas laikomas pagrindiniu įmonės kapitalu. Nuo darbuotojų kvalifikacijos bei turimos kompetencijos, priklauso teikiamų paslaugų kokybė ir sėkminga organizacijos veikla. Viena pagrindinių organizacijų problemų yra ta, kad darbuotojų mokymo sistemos nėra orientuojamos į ateities perspektyvas, čia vyraujančios tradicinės kvalifikacijos kėlimo sistemos neefektyvios. Todėl darbuotojų kompetencijos ugdymas turi būti viena iš prioritetinių krypčių, kuriant integruotas mokymo sistemas, pagrįstas kompetencijos ugdymu, orientuotas į ateitį, įgalinančias greitai reaguoti į besikeičiančią situaciją. Tyrimo objektas vadovų kompetencijų ugdymas (policijos įstaigų pavyzdžiu). Tyrimo tikslas remiantis kompetencijos ugdymo teoriniais aspektais, pateikti vadovų kompetencijos ugdymo sistemos, orientuotos į šiuolaikinę problematiką, formavimo kryptis. Tikslui pasiekti numatyti šie uždaviniai: identifikuoti svarbiausias vadovų esamas ir trūkstamas kompetencijas, orientuojantis į vadovų kompetencijos ugdymo formavimo būtinumą. ENHuman intelligence is treated as main capital of the company in the organizations. The quality of services and successful activity of the organization depends on the employees’ qualification and competence. One of the main problems of the Lithuanian organizations is the fact that employees training systems are not focused on the future; dominant traditional systems of professional education are inefficient. Therefore the training of employees’ competence should be one of the priority trends, creating integrated education systems, based on the competence training focused on the future, allowing fast react to changing situation. The subject of the analysis is managers’ competence training (following the example of police offices). The goal of the analysis is to give directions for the formation of managers’ competence training, focused on the modern topics, referring to the theoretical dimensions of the competence training. The following tasks are planned to achieve goal: to identify the main current and missing competences of the managers, to give guidelines for the managers’ competence training development.
