LTStraipsnyje pateikiama galimybė įvairinti būsimųjų kūno kultūros mokytojų rengimą aerobikos pamokoms per gimnastikos pratybas. Remiantis atlikta situacijos analize, išryškėjo problema, kad pusė studentų, išeidami į pedagoginę praktiką, savarankiškai prieš auditoriją nėra vedę aerobikos užsiėmimo, dalis negeba savarankiškai sudaryti aerobikos pamokos plano. Mūsų manymu, pradėjus studentus supažindinti su aerobika nuo I kurso, t. y. įvairinant dalį pagrindinės gimnastikos pratybų, skirtų fizinėms ypatybėms lavinti, aerobikos pratimais yra tikimybė, kad kiekvienas studentas spėtų išbandyti savo jėgas prieš auditoriją, o išeidamas į pedagoginę praktiką jau turėtų tam tikros patirties. Żinia, kad praktika labiausiai skatina domėtis dėstomuoju dalyku, ieškoti būdų, kaip tobulinti ir paįvairinti kūno kultūros pamokas. [Iš leidinio]

ENA teacher is the most important chain of knowledge, which ties teaching with science and school with life. Life is constantly changing and it is compulsory to pay attention to the development of teachers' training in order to speak about life or science's progress. There is a need to pay attention to the preparation of future physical education teachers for aerobics lessons. A teacher must satisfy the needs of schoolchildren for beauty culture and physical education of the body. Problematic situation exists because no aerobics lessons are held in most of schools because there reason is a lack of physical education teachers who have abilities to engage schoolchildren in such lessons and they are not capable enough in aerobics, but schoolchildren are interested in such activities. Aim of research. To find training diversification possibilities of physical education teachers for aerobics lessons during gymnastics classes in Vilnius Pedagogical University. Methods that were used in this work are literature resources analysis, situation analysis (aim of the research is to find out if students go for pedagogical internship with enough knowledge about aerobics and abilities to conduct aerobics lessons; questionnaire was distributed to 4th year physical education students after pedagogical internship) and mathematical statistical analysis. Pedagogical experiment. Experiment was implemented during the gymnastics training classes with 1st year physical education students. Two groups of 1st year students participated in the experiment. The structure of training classes for groups E1 and E2 was the same. Only the presented content in the main part of the lecture devoted for training of physical characteristics was different.Students of group E1 were training their physical characteristics by exercising aerobics with the sounds of music, group E2 - without music. The physical characteristics that were trained were the same: quickness, quickness power, coordination abilities, flexibility and staying-power. Situation analysis showed that more than a half of 4th year students have never conducted aerobics lessons in front of the audience and part of them were not able to independently construct a complex of aerobics exercises before leaving to pedagogical internship at schools. We can state that there is too few hours dedicated to aerobics course. Questions, which could have been raised by the students themselves conducting aerobics practice were not raised. Usually questions arise when student have to do something concrete in practise. This probably was the reason why half of the student chose the answer that they had enough knowledge. By the same token, that most of the students did not use their knowledge in aerobics in the majority schools where pedagogical internship was conducted. It emerged that the majority (70 %) of 1st year students like aerobics, but only one fifth of questioned had aerobics lessons while studying at school. All (100 %) El group students who trained their physical characteristics while hearing music students liked that practical exercises were accompanied by the music and 89 % of E2 group students who trained their physical characteristics wish to have practise exercises with music. After experiment the self-evaluation of physical condition of the students has also improved. Referring to the conducted researches we can state that it is possible to include aerobics into the course of gymnastics, which would diversify the process of students' physical characteristics training.
