LTLietuvoje vis labiau plečiasi socialinės paslaugos, kiekvienas rajonas rūpinasi savo bendruomenės nariais, teikia jiems visokeriopą pagalbą, kad žmonės būtų įgalinami gyventi visuomenėje nejaučiant atskirties. Tam organizacijos kuria įvairias edukacines aplinkas, kad galėtų vystyti ir stiprinti socialinę asmenų kompetenciją. Dažnai žmonės su negalia tampa socialiai neaprūpinti, izoliuoti, jei jie atsisako galimybių, lengvai prieinamų kitiems. Asmenys, turintys negalią, turi turėti galimybes kurti šeimas, mokytis, dirbti, turėti būstą, dalyvauti visuomeniniuose renginiuose ir laisvai judėti. Šio straipsnio tikslas yra įvertinti žmonių su negalia socialinės kompetencijos vystymą įgalinančios edukacinės aplinkos organizavimo galimybes socialinių paslaugų centre. Buvo naudoti duomenų rinkimo (mokslinės literatūros analizė, pusiau struktūruotas interviu, stebėjimas) ir duomenų analizės metodai(kokybinė turinio analizė). Įvade atskleidžiamas aktualumas bei šios temos naujumas, pirmame skyriuje analizuojama kompetencijos samprata bei klasifikavimas, antrame skyriuje – edukacinės aplinkos organizavimo ypatumai. Trečiame skyriuje aptarta tyrimo metodologija, o ketvirtame pateikti tyrimo rezultatai. Raktažodžiai: žmogus su negalia, socialinė kompetencija, edukacinė aplinka, organizavimas, įgalinimas.
ENEvery society has people with disability and in trouble. They do not demand help from society due to the compassion for their disability. People with disability often become un-provided socially with preferences if they resign possibilities easily available to others. Most of adults with disability are not provided with work because employers resign to employ them or they are provided with poorly paid work. People with disability must have the opportunity to create a family, study, work, have home, participate in public events and move freely. It is very important to be against disability and isolation. While investigating different theoretical and practical literature educational surroundings in educational institutions among teachers, leaders, employees of different spheres are being analysed. The problem is to adopt educational content as efficient as possible; however, the object of the research is the organisation of educational surroundings that develop social competences to people with disability The problem of the research – how to organise educational surroundings on purpose to develop social competences of disabled people. The aim of the research – to assess the possibilities of educational surroundings organisation in the centre of services for disabled people The object of the research – organisation of educational surroundings providing the development of social competences of disabled people.Objectives of the research: 1. To reveal theoretical aspects of the educational development of social competences of disabled people. 2. To define organisation of educational surroundings empowered to develop social competence. 3. To justify social competences development of disabled people applying the methods of educational surroundings development. 4. To establish the peculiarities of educational surroundings organisation that help to develop social competence of disabled people (the case of social service centre). The research methods: Data accumulation methods: analysis of the scientific literature, semi – structured interview, observation. Data analysis methods: content analysis. Results of the research: After the accomplishment of the research it has been proved that the model of educational surroundings organization that is adapted to educational organizations can also be used in informal upbringing organizations such as a centre of social services. Although, general characteristics are the same, not every criterion coincides, because disabled people are specific consumers requiring special qualification and competence. Generalizing the data, the following criteria have been distinguished: criteria of students’ educational capability, creative methods of education, physical space and people who are required for the realization of educational purposes.
