ENA child is considered to be an object connecting educational institution and family. It is important for the child that parents and teachers could provide the same education and the attitude towards education. Teachers and parents have the same purpose - to successfully raise a child as a responsible person and citizen. The importance of cooperation of parents and teachers could be analysed not only in the context of education. Parents may contribute to the quality of management of preschool institution significantly and in many ways, since they support it financially, participate in events, get involved in the management bodies of the organization. Parents' active involvement into the activity of preschool institution can make it more transparent, clear, which influences the quality of children's educational process. Relevant issue: what could be the elements of family and preschools interaction that can specify the criteria of qualitative education? Object of the research - cooperation in preschool in order to improve the quality of education. Aim of the research - to specify family and teachers' cooperation in preschools that help to determine the criteria of quality education.Objectives of the research: 1. To provide the differences between the concepts of collaboration and communication between family and teachers in a preschool. 2. To reveal the elements of collaboration of parents and teachers in preschools. 3. To investigate the quality parameters of education in preschool as well as their expression in the context of interaction between family and teachers. Methodology: theoretical analysis of scientific literature and articles. The analysis of scientific literature, documents and articles has been carried out in order to reveal the importance of collaboration of parents and teachers. The results of literature analysis have been compared and summarised. Empirical survey in writing (questionnaire), analysis of the data received.
