Summary / Abstract:

LTŠiuolaikinės pedagogo lyderio vadybinės kompetencijos ir nuolatinis jų tobulinimas yra pagrindinis veiksnys, lemiantis pedagogo profesinį tobulėjimą ir efektyvią veiklą. Straipsnyje analizuojama, koks turi būti ikimokyklinio pedagogo, kaip lyderio, vadybinis kompetentingumas, grindžiamas aktyvumu, atsakingumu ir nuolatiniu tobulėjimu, skiriant dėmesį iniciatyvumui, išradingumui, kūrybiškumui, gebėjimui spręsti problemas ir bendradarbiauti. Pirmoje straipsnio dalyje teoriškai pagrindžiamas ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogo, kaip lyderio, vadybinio kompetentingumo struktūros modelis. Antroje – pristatoma tyrimo metodologija. Trečioje dalyje atskleidžiamas ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų ir įstaigų vadovų požiūris į ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogo, kaip lyderio, vadybinį kompetentingumą ir lyginamos respondentų nuostatos vadybinio kompetentingumo ir jo tobulinimo galimybių bei sąlygų atžvilgiu. Atskleista, kad siekiant ikimokyklinio ugdymo turinio ir proceso kokybės, efektyvaus bendradarbiavimo su tėvais, įstaigos bendruomene bei socialiniais partneriais ir aktyvios asmeninio potencialo raiškos, yra būtinas ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogo gebėjimas lyderiauti įvaldant vadybinį kompetentingumą. ENCompetences of leadership management and their constant improvement are the key factor for a modern teacher that determines the professional improvement of a teacher and effective actions. The article analyses what should be the management competence of a preschool teacher as a leader based on activeness, responsibility and constant improvement. The focus is on initiative, ingenuity, creativity, ability to solve problems and to collaborate. The first part of the article in theory validates the structural model of management competences of a preschool teacher as a leader. The second part presents the methodology of the research. The third part reveals the attitude of pre-school education teachers and heads of institutions towards the managerial competence of a pre-school education teacher as a leader and compares the respondent's provisions regarding managerial competence and the possibilities and conditions for its improvement. It is revealed that in order to achieve the quality of content and process of preschool education, it is necessary to have effective cooperation with parents, the institution community and social partners and the expression of active personal potential, the preschool teacher must be able to be a leader while using managerial competences.
