ENNowadays children with various learning difficulties caused by disorders in physical or mental development are called children with special educational needs. Physical or mental disability can be of different kinds, that is why various forms of integrated education are offered by schools. In applying these forms it is necessary to take into account the nature and degree of disability, the child's age and his/her individual characteristics. An important factor is the readiness of the school to provide the disabled child with a special education.
