Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje apibūdinami požiūriai į verslumo ugdymą, suformuluojami verslumo ugdymo turinio formavimo principai ir tikslai, apibrėžiama verslumo ugdymo turinio struktūra. Autoriai analizuoja verslumo ugdymo turinio realizavimo būdus bei priemones ir pateikia rekomendacijas, kaip juos panaudoti konkrečiose situacijose. ENHaving analyzed entrepreunership education content and structure the authors have drawn the following conclusions: The analysis revealed that the main aim of entrepreunership education content should be focused on the development of students’ entrepreunership competences, which foster them to start own business. These competences are developed realizing the intermediate aims: a) enhancing entrepreunership conception; b) developing the teaching on how to create own business; c) identifying possibilities and preconditions for business creation. There has been set three prevailing entrepreunership education approaches: entrepreuneurship-driven education (i.e. focused on developing management competences), education “about entrepreunership” (education based on fostering enterprising activity), and education “for entrepreneurship” (fostering the decision to become an entrepreuner). Forming the content of student entrepreunership education it is necessary to progress from entrepreunership-driven education to education “about entrepreunership” and “for entrepreunership”.There has been substantiated that it is purposeful to organize the structure of entrepreunership education content comprising four courses: 1) Introduction to entrepreunership basics, where entrepreunership philosophy, entrepreunership nature and content as well as individual entrepreunership evaluation are defined; 2) The course on entrepreunership competences based on the analysis of entrepreunership components; 3) The study course of entrepreunership content, where students get acquinted with entrepreunership environment and entrepreunership education approaches; 4) Practical entrepreunership course focusing on the application of aquired competences. While realizing entrepreunership education content it is recommended to apply active teaching methods (case analysis, imitation, creation of business plans, business games and etc.), invite lecturers-practitioners, i.e. experienced businessmen and consultants, involve students into separate projects or market research, keep on intensive cooperation between students and entrepreuners, and etc. [From the publication]
