Summary / Abstract:

ENThis article covers influence of funeral rites on human moral indicating three principal aspects influencing internal alteration of human moral. The first aspect involves human moral ambitions giving sense to human death and burying. The second aspect explains funeral as expression of human moral and as having an influence on it. The two aspects can be considered tantamount but each of them is peculiar for its different interpretation and completion of the reality. The third aspect presents moral that is characteristic to the funeral liturgy course of the Roman Catholic Church. The relation of funeral rites to Christian moral denotes human moral maturity level, and due to this coherence as well as bilateral impact funeral rites are maintaining this level. Giving sense to human death and burying, funeral influence on human moral and Catholic Church funeral liturgy course in terms of moral is being analysed in this article. The article proves that funeral organized in accordance with traditions has influence on human moral and moral behavior. On the whole, human death and funeral rites have a strong influence on the moral of the people close to the deceased and encourages their moral renewal process. Well grounded close coherence between funeral liturgy and human moral renewal would draw the attention of the clergymen to the pastoral sphere the fostering of which would become of crucial importance to human spiritual well-being.
