LTVerslo modelio inovacijos sąvoka vadybos mokslo kontekste yra aktuali ir nagrinėjama pastarųjų metų mokslininkų darbuose. Verslo modelio inovacijos esmė – verslo kūrimas arba permąstymas. Nors inovacijos sąvoka dažnai siejama su naujo produkto ar paslaugos pasiūlymu, verslo modelio inovacija, įtakodama pelno formulę, išteklius ir procesus, patobulina vertės pasiūlymą, taip padedant pasiekti naujus rinkos segmentus ir atitolinant konkurentus. Svarbu tai, jog inovacija viename versle nebūtinai bus fundamentali inovacija ir kitame, taigi, verslo modelio inovacija priklauso nuo konteksto. Straipsnį sudaro trys dalys: pirmoje dalyje analizuojami teoriniai verslo modelio aspektai, antrojoje dalyje siekiama atskleisti verslo modelio inovacijos sąvoką, trečiojoje dalyje pateikiama inovatyvių verslo modelių pavyzdžių skirtinguose verslo kontekstuose. ENThis article is an attempt to display the features of Learning Organization in the group of Modern Organization Management (MMO group). The Learning Organization as an evolutionally new model is supposed to be the adequate response for fast-changing operational environment. This kind of an organization has been researched by a great number of authors, but the main Learning Organization concept was coined through the work and research of Senge (1990). According to him, in the Learning Organization, new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured, collective aspiration is set free, and the organization is continually expanding its capacity to create its future. Senge (1990), in his landmark book “The Fifth Discipline” identifies five disciplines: personal mastery; mental models; building a shared vision; team learning and systems thinking. The analysis of science literature has exhibited the main characteristics of the Learning Organization, which are: continuous learning; open communication; strong connection between organization and environment; supportive learning climate; main goal for learning. According to analysis of research literature, the group of Modern Management of Organization is considered as a Learning Organization for some reasonable aspects.The members of MMO group are constantly learning; students openly communicate with each other; the climate in organization facilitates and fosters efficient organizational learning; main goal is vital for the Learning Organization because it provides the focus and energy for learning; besides, in MMO organization there is a strong connection with environment and its changes. The MMO group as a Learning Organization are revealed by applying Senge’s (1990) pattern of a Learning Organization: all members are trying to pursue his own personal mastery; organization refuses deeply ingrained assumptions that influence how we understand the world; there is a practice of unearthing shared pictures of the future that foster genuine commitment and enrolment; the discipline of team learning displays through activity in small groups or teams; systems thinking helps the members of MMO organization to make the full patterns clearer and to see how to change them effectively.
