Competence as derived from activity : the problem of their level correspondence

LTŠio straipsnio tikslas yra numatyti projektų vertintojų kompetenciją plėtojančios programos gaires. Todėl analizuojami įvairūs programų tipai (disciplininis, operacinis ir kompetenciją plėtojantis) bei projektuojami šių tipų pavyzdžiai konkrečiu programos moduliu. Kadangi EVACO projektas remiasi kompetenciją plėtojančių programų metodologija, demonstruojamas Bowden ir Marton (1998) metodologijos integravimas į šio tipo programas, akcentuojančias mokymąsi iš veiklos situacijų bei kritinių aspektų išskyrimą. ENThe article is aimed at establishing guidelines for the programme for developing the competence of project evaluators. To that end the work analyses various programme types (disciplinary, operational and competence-improving) and designs samples of such types by using a specific programme module. Since the EVACO project is based on the methodology of programmes for competence improvement, the work describes the integration of the Bowden and Marton (1998) methodology into programmes that focus on learning from case studies and on critical aspects.
