LTStraipsnyje pateikiami specialistų ir tėvų bendradarbiavimo modelio konstravimo empiriniai ir metodologiniai pagrindai, ankstyvosios reabilitacijos tarnybos ir šeimos bendradarbiavimo teorinis modelis, atskleidžiamas sutelktos grupės veiklos procesas, skatinantis subjektyvius ir objektyvius tarnybos veiklos pokyčius. Analizuojama pokyčių proceso samprata, teoriniai ir praktiniai pokyčių proceso aspektai. Esminiai ankstyvosios reabilitacijos veiklos pokyčiai iliustruojami parengiamojo ir baigiamojo bendradarbiavimo modelio konstravimo etapų rezultatais, gautais per kokybinį veiklos vertinamąjį tyrimą dviejose ankstyvosios reabilitacijos tarnybose. Pateikiami bendradarbiavimo modelio kriterijai. Modelio konstravimo procesas, pagrįstas vieninga sistemine metodologija, gali būti modifikuojamas ir perkeliamas į kitą edukacinę aplinką. ENIn the article the process of the construction of the model of early rehabilitation service (ERS) collaboration with parents has been analyzed: empirical and methodological basis is revealed, members of a focus group (20 specialists and 20 parents) have been described, the professionals’ predisposition to collaborate with parents in a preliminary stage of model construction has been evaluated, professionals’ and parents’ discussions and interviews with professionals have been assessed, the changes of the ERS professionals’ predisposition to collaborate with parents have been analyzed, the criteria of the empirically created model have been distinguished and tested. Trying to describe empiric basis of the creation of the collaboration model, the consistency and the methods of the model construction have been discussed. The theoretical model of the ERS and family collaboration, which has been developed, taking into account the holistic approach and theoretical methodological basis of the group of social models, has been given. The used combination of three types of qualitative action research, when the tradition of emancipative research is more adhered to, has been described. Action research of the work, gave an opportunity to evaluate the situation of the ERS work from the standpoint of collaboration, to look for ways of creating the model of collaboration with a family, to reflect, to plan the strategies for changes.The main criteria of collaboration model are presented. The complex analysis of the criteria of the model (rank, cluster, reliability, disperse) and comparing the constructed model with the theoretical model of collaboration with family, have helped to distinguish criteria, concurring with a theoretical model, and criteria, significant during the period of changes, as well as criteria, varying from the collaboration model, or contradicting the issue of the collaboration model. The process of model construction, based upon unanimous systemic methodology, may be tested, modified and transferred to another educational environment. [From the publication]
