Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje aprašomas organizacinės kultūros tyrimas, atliktas mažmeninės prekybos įmonėje. Tyrimu buvo siekiama įvertinti įmonės organizacinę kultūrą, nes, kaip teigia daugelis šio fenomeno tyrėjų, ji skatina darbuotojų produktyvumą, užtikrina geranorišką darbuotojų bendradarbiavimą, didina lojalumą organizacijai. Organizacinė kultūra ištirta taikant kokybinius tyrimo metodus: įmonės rašytinės informacijos šaltinių analizę, įmonės fizinės aplinkos analizę ir darbuotojų anketinę apklausą. Išanalizavus tyrimo rezultatus, įmonėje nustatyta esminių organizacinės kultūros skirtumų tarp viešai deklaruojamų ir darbuotojų suvokiamų vertybių. Tyrimu atskleistos tobulintinos įmonės organizacinės kultūros sritys; remiantis jomis, straipsnyje nurodytos tolesnės organizacinės kultūros kūrimo priemonės. [Iš leidinio]

The proper selection of organizational culture methods enables an objective assessment of the existing company's organizational culture. After analysis of the literature, study of the environment, personnel questionnaire survey and systemization of results, a need for the improvement of the organizational culture was observed. Recommendations that were made for the company: a specification of personnel needs amclear company reward system, training system improvements, improved working environment, and created and sustained company traditions lead to an improved organizational culture. This results in a reduction of staff turnover, improved employee satisfaction indicators and the growth of a satisfied customer base which is directly linked to the company's profit.
