ENWorld outlook and world view are the main categories of pedagogy. They describe the spiritual and cognitive world of a human being at the idea level. They are a tool of world cognition and conception, but also a tool of governing and looking after the environment. Depending upon the concept of the world we want to develop, we will influence the formation of a human’s world outlook and other spiritual orientations. Geoinformation technologies restructure knowledge and, accordingly, change the world concept. Today, the world is a geoversum connecting biogenic, sociogenic and culturogenic information. Global-local segments of dichotomy merge in the course of the glocalization process (R. Robertson). Virtually, it then makes corrections in the subject matter, as all political, economic, ecological, socio-cultural and spiritual issues must be interpreted in a global and local context. Globalization is being replaced by the anti-globalization idea. One of the reasons for this process is the information flow. With their help we can theoretically and mentally localize spiritual and cognitive values. Knowledge unification and levelling are being replaced by stochastic and discreet cognition methodologies. The dialogue becomes the main method of didactic communication, and is based on hermeneutics and interpretation theory. [From the publication]
