Summary / Abstract:

LTŽinios, be abejo, daro esminę įtaką vystymosi procesams. Žmogiškasis kapitalas vaidina svarbų vaidmenį ekonominio augimo teorijoje. Straipsnio tikslas – išanalizuoti žmogiškųjų išteklių ekonominio įvertinimo metodus, šių metodų specifiką žinių ekonomikos kontekste. Žinių ekonomikoje kompanijoje, kuri naudoja žinias ir kuria naujas žinias savo veikloje, mokymasis visą gyvenimą yra natūrali verslo ciklo dalis. Švietimas yra vienas iš pagrindinių veiksnių vystant šiuolaikinę žinių ekonomiką. Sėkmingas ekonominis vystymasis vis labiau ir labiau priklauso nuo būsimų investicijų į žmones ir intelektualinio potencialo augimo ir vystymosi. Šios investicijos stimuliuoja darbo rinkos ir ekonominį augimą. Atlikus statistinę analizę galima teigti, kad labai svarbu tirti investicijų į išsilavinimą efektyvumą, nes stiprus gyventojų nusiteikimas mokytis greitai pakeis darbo rinkos struktūrą. Išanalizavus investicijų į išsilavinimą efektyvumą, galima prognozuoti, ko tikisi individai iš investicijų į išsilavinimą. Yra svarbu ištirti, ar išsilavinimas ir pajamų padidėjimas yra tarpusavyje susiję, ar jie koreliuoja. Asmenų su viduriniu išsilavinimu ir asmenų su aukštuoju išsilavinimu pajamų skirtumas yra maždaug 41 proc., priklausomai nuo ekonomikos sektoriaus. Tai rodo, kad išsilavinimas suteikia naudą tiek individualiai asmeniui, tiek valstybės ekonomikai. Lietuvai integruojantis į Europos Sąjungą, žmogiškųjų išteklių įvertinimas ir žinių visuomenės formavimas tampa viena iš svarbiausių ekonominių užduočių.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Žinių ekonomika; Žmogiškieji ištekliai; Žinių visuomenė; Knowledge economy; Human capital/resources; Knowledge society.

ENWithout any doubt knowledge has a significant impact on development processes. Human capital plays an important role in the theory of economic growth. The aim of this article is to analyse human capital’s economic evaluation methods, specificity of the methods in the context of knowledge economy. In the knowledge economy company, which employs knowledge and creates new knowledge in its activities, lifelong learning is a natural part of the business cycle. Education is one of the main factors in the development of modern knowledge economy. Successful economic development becomes more and more dependable on future investments in people, the development and growth of intellectual potential. These investments stimulate the growth of economy and labour market. Results of statistical analysis show that it is important to study the effectiveness of investments into education as strong will of citizens to study may soon change the structure of labour market. When the effectiveness of investments in education is well analysed, one could foresee what is expected from individuals from investments into education. It is important to find out whether education and increase of income correlate. The difference of income of people with general education and high education stands at approximately 41 per cent, depending on the sector of economy. This shows that education is useful for individuals and state economy. Upon Lithuania’s integration into the European Union the evaluation of human resources and formation of knowledge society becomes one of the most important economic tasks.
