Disertantė pristato sukurtą finansų specialistų veiklos pokyčių identifikavimo ir jos įvertinimo kompetencijų įgijimo sistemoje metodologiją, kuri paremta finansų specialistų profesinės kompetencijos formavimo algoritmu. Vertinant finansų specialisto profesines kompetencijas buvo tiriama darbdavių ir dirbančių rinkoje finansų specialistų nuomonė, atliktas finansų specializacijų programų tyrimas Lietuvos universitetų bakalauro ir magistro lygio studijose.
