Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama pedagogo asmenybės ir sėkmės pajautos santykio problema ugdant heterogenine, (normaliai besivystančių ir ribotų galimybių) moksleivių bendruomenę. Skirtingos kompetencijos pedagogų (bendrojo lavinimo mokytojų ir specialiųjų pedagogų) bendra veikla, ugdant moksleivius individualių galių ir poreikių pagrindu, reikalauja nuostatų, tikslų ir veiksmų derinimo. Tyrimu vertinta pedagogų savijautos kaita pradėjus dirbti integruoto ugdymo sąlygomis ir įgyjant darbo patirties, išskirti veiksniai, skatinantys jų kūrybinių galių plėtotą. Straipsnyje aptariami sėkmingo bendrojo lavinimo mokytojo ir specialiojo pedagogo bendradarbiavimo principai. ENFunctional education is the system of education constructed on the basis of the person's individual powers and interests. It is an indispensable condition in heterogeneous community that helps a student to perceive success and to expand his (her) creative powers. In these conditions the necessity of pedagogical co-operation acquires topicality. When students with different abilities meet for mutual activity then pedagogical interaction unites not only two participants or their groups but many more of them. Joint efforts of pedagogues, their assistants, special pedagogues, psychologists and other professionals, aimed to achieve the main goal, diminish restricted activities and expand student's cognitive and creative fields. On the other hand meeting of pedagogues in the process of education demands special culture and knowledge how to communicate as well as creativity. In this situation we face the encounter of people with different competence and understanding of the aims of education and opportunities to succeed. Characteristic qualities of pedagogue's personality and development of his (her) outlook in relation with reality are analysed in this article. Moreover it shows an impact on expansion of pedagogue's creative powers and his (her) experience to success. Research helped to assess changes of emotions and inner state of the pedagogues when implementation of functional education started and work experience was gained. The factors that helped to reveal pedagogue's creativity were outlined and dominating attitude of pedagogues towards educational reality and its influence on expansion of their creative powers were evaluated. The research showed that in heterogeneous community of students while implementing functional education such factors that dominate, remain unchanged in gaining work experience and stimulate pedagogical creativity are: a desire to experience the unknown, to leam. The factors of personal improvement and aspiration of creative work are very important. Creative teachers oriented towards students and their achievements underwent the best experiences in their work. The majority of educators are optimistic and determined people who believe in unlimited powers of education. The results of the research allow us to conclude that educational strategies implemented in heterogeneous students' community stimulate development of pedagogue's creative abilities. The educators enriched their own spiritual content by creative work through contact of pedagogical interaction managing to convey this to their colleagues and students. Thus the educational field is open to everyone even a student with limited opportunities for activities. [From the publication]
