Mokyklos mediko vaidmens kompleksiškumas ugdant mokinių sveikatą

LTStraipsnyje išryškinami mokyklos mediko vaidmens kompleksiškumo raišką, ugdant mokinių sveikatą, sąlygojantys veiksniai, apimantys holistinį sveikatos supratimą bei humanistinę žmogaus sampratą; rūpinimosi mokinio sveikata veiklas: asistavimą bei pagalbą (fizinę, psichologinę, socialinę), sveikatos ugdymą (savirūpos, sveikatos priežiūros (vartotojo), socialinių kompetencijų ugdymas); sveikatos ugdytojo kompetenciją. Atlikus kokybinį tyrimą išskirtos kategorijos, kurių turinys atskleidžia mokyklos mediko ugdomuosius vaidmenis (sveikatos ugdytojas/ mokytojas, organizatorius, tyrėjas, rėmėjas) ir jų raišką, orientuotą į mokinių sveikatos priežiūros (vartotojo) kompetencijų ugdymą, kai sveikatos ugdymo prieigos apsiriboja individo (mokinio, mokinių grupės) lygmeniu ir mokyklos aplinka, dominuojant vienkrypčiams sveikatos ugdymo/mokymo metodams. Mokyklos mediko vykdomas mokinių sveikatos ugdymas siejamas su jo profesinių lūkesčių išsipildymu, kai fragmentiško sveikatos ugdymo/mokymo mokykloje realizavimas leidžia jam patirti pasitenkinimo atliekama veikla išgyvenimą. ENThe article highlights the factors, determining the expression of complexity of the role of the school doctor when nurturing the school students’ health, covering the wholistic comprehension of health and humanistic concept of a human being, the activities, pertaining to taking care of a school student’s health: assistance and aid (physical, psychological and sociological), nurturing of health (self-care, health care and social competences) and the competence of the nurturer of health. Upon performing the quality study the categories were distinguished, the content of which reveal the nurturing roles of the school doctor (nurturer / teacher of health, an organizer, a researcher and a supporter) and their expression, oriented towards the nurturing of the competences of school students health care where the health care access is limited to the level of the individual (a school student or a group of school students) and the school environment, where one-direction health nurturing / teaching methods are predominant. The nurturing of health of school students, performed by the school doctor is related with the fruition of his/her professional expectations where the implementation of fragmentary health nurturing/teaching at school allows for experiencing the satisfaction with the performed activities.
