EQUASS kokybės standarto taikymo poveikis ir perspektyvos: individualios priežiūros darbuotojų patirtys

LTTyrimu siekta atskleisti individualios priežiūros darbuotojų patirtis, susijusias su EQUASS kokybės standarto taikymu teikiant socialines paslaugas. Analizuojant tyrimo dalyvių patirtis buvo siekiama atsakyti į pagrindinį klausimą, kaip EQUASS kokybės standarto taikymas teikiant socialines paslaugas keičia organizacijos veiklą. Tyrimas atskleidė EQUASS standarto poveikį įstaigos, darbuotojų ir paslaugų gavėjų lygmenyje. Įstaigos lygmenyje standarto poveikis siejamas su išaugusiu įstaigos prestižu, teikiamų paslaugų pasiūla ir kokybe. Darbuotojų lygmenyje pažymima išaugusi paskata mokytis ir sutelktos pastangos išlaikyti pelnytą įvertinimą, paslaugų gavėjų lygmenyje – išaugusi paslaugų pasiūla ir prieinamumas, sąlygų gyventi savo namuose pagerėjimas. EQUASS standarto ateities perspektyva įstaigoje siejama su tęstinumo užtikrinimu ir galimybe šį standartą taikyti kitoms paslaugoms, taip pat poreikiu tobulinti EQUASS standarto taikymą siekiant mažiau formalizuoti vertinimo sistemą. ENThis study aims to uncover the experiences of personal care workers in the application of the EQUASS quality standard in social services. The main question to be answered by analyzing the experiences of the participants in the study was: How does the application of the EQUASS quality standard in social services change an organization’s performance? The study revealed the impact of the EQUASS standard at the level of the institution, staff and service users. At the level of the institution, the impact of the standard is associated with an increase in the prestige of the institution and the range and quality of services provided. At staff level, the increased incentive to learn and the concentrated effort to maintain ratings are noted. At the level of service recipients, there is an increase in the availability and accessibility of services and an improvement in the conditions for living in one’s own home. The future prospects for the EQUASS standard in institutions are linked to ensuring continuity, enhancing the possibility of applying the standard to other services, and observing the need to improve the application of the EQUASS standard to make the assessment system less formalized.
