Summary / Abstract:

LTLietuvoje kūrybiškumo ugdymo problematika psichologijos mokslo darbuose mažai tyrinėta. Todėl šio tyrimo tikslas – ištirti Vilniaus pedagoginio universiteto (VPU) studentų, būsimų pedagogų, kūrybiškumo ugdymo galimybes mokantis psichologijos disciplinos. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad kūrybiškumo ugdymo programa gali daryti veiksmingą įtaką studentų kognityviems ir asmenybės kūrybiškumo parametrams. ENThe study tried to evaluate the special program effectiveness on students’ fluency, flexibility and originality and how the program changed the students’ subjective evaluations of one’s creativity. The study included the analysis of the results of 2 tests: Torrance test for measuring creativity and Dembo-Rubinstein method for evaluating creativity, originality and the ability to generate ideas. The results showed that it is possible to devise a program for developing students’ creativity. The proposed program proved to be effective. The positive effect was observed immediately after the completion of the program. The comparative analysis between experimental and control groups of all cognitive parameters of creativity (fluency, flexibility, originality) evaluated with the help of Torrance test as well as subjective evaluations of own creativity by Dembo-Rubinstein test showed positive influence on students’ creativity. The program was considered very useful by the students who pointed out to the fact that the programme contributed to the development of their own creative abilities and changed their view to their abilities and awoke curiosity as to creativity. The program could be adopted in teaching different disciplines at universities and schools in order to develop students’ creativity during learning process.
