Specialisto instituto raida Lietuvos baudžiamajame procese

LTNusikaltimų tyrimas yra sudėtingas pažinimo procesas, kai nuo nežinomo per daugybe loginių grandžių einama prie žinomo, šiuo metu kiekviena pažintinė veikla grindžiama plačiomis technikos ir mokslo žiniomis. Sėkminga kova su nusikalstamumu yra neįmanoma be plataus technikos, gamtos ir kitų mokslų laimėjimų, t. y. specialių žinių, panaudojimo. 2005 m. gegužės 1 d. šalyje jsigaliojęs Baudžiamojo proceso kodeksas iš esmės pakeitė specialių žinių panaudojimo tiriant nusikaltimus reglamentavimą, šie pokyčiai labiausiai susiję su specialisto procesiniu Institutu. Straipsnyje pateikiama specialisto procesinio Instituto raida Lietuvos baudžiamajame procese nuo 1910 m. iki naujojo Baudžiamojo proceso kodekso įsigaliojimo 2003 m. gegužės 1 d. ENCrime investigation is a complex cognitive process, whereby one moves from the unknown to the known by way of multiple logical steps. Currently, each cognitive action is based on extensive technical and scientific knowledge. A successful fight against crime would be impossible without the enormous achievements in technological, natural and other sciences, i.e. without the use of special knowledge. The Criminal Procedure Code, which came into effect on 1 May 2003, essentially changed the regulation of the use of special knowledge in the investigation of crimes. These changes are mostly related to the procedural institute of the expert. The article presents the development of the procedural institute of the expert in the criminal procedure of Lithuania since 1910 until the coming into effect of the new Criminal Procedure Code on 1 May 2003. In her article, the author provides a periodisation of the development of the expert’s institute in the criminal procedure of Lithuania.
