LTStraipsnyje pateikiamas darnumo principų įgyvendinimo poveikio įmonių veiklos efektyvumui problematiką atskleidžiantis tyrimas. Atliktas tyrimas rodo nepakankamą darnumo principų įgyvendinimo poveikio įmonių veiklos efektyvumui suvokimą šalies ekonominės veiklos valdymo lygmeniu. Siekta ištirti darnumo principų įgyvendinimo ir poveikio veiklos efektyvumui problematikos aspektus. Šiam tikslui pasitelktas kokybinis tyrimas, apklausiant ekspertus, duomenims rinkti nuspręsta taikyti interviu metodą, jie apdoroti kokybinės turinio analizės metodu. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad darnumo principais pagrįsta veikla akivaizdžiai skatina įmonių veiklos efektyvumą. Darnumo principų įgyvendinimo procesus veikia šie veiksniai: darnus vadovavimas, darnios žinios, tinkami rodikliai, tinkamas valdymo modelis. Parodoma, kad bendras darnumo principų kompleksiškumo poveikis yra veiksmingiausias būdas formuoti ilgalaikius konkurencinio pranašumo pagrindus. ENThis topic is relevant due to the fact that the dissemination of sustainable operations remains rapid around the globe and the demand of consumers is continuously increasing. For Lithuanian companies to be efficient and competitive, their activity should be based on the key principles of sustainability which have to be applied through fluent realisation processes. In order to achieve such an aim, it is crucial to find out the influence of sustainable operations in Lithuanian companies affecting the efficiency of the very company. Besides, it is necessary to sort out the key factors and conditions which have an impact on the formation of sustainability and its realisation in Lithuanian companies. The aim of this work is to evaluate the impact of realisation of the principles of sustainability to the efficiency of companies in Lithuania. The object of the paper is the impact of sustainable operations on the efficiency of Lithuanian companies. To accomplish the aim, the objectives have been set as follows: to examine the factors which affect the processes of sustainable operations, to carry out a research in order to stress the impact of the principles of sustainability on the efficiency in Lithuanian companies, to summarise the obtained results and draw proper conclusions. On the grounds of the collected results an was created pointing out four statements revealing the relation between sustainable operations and the efficiency and competitive ability of companies in Lithuania. In order to examine these statements, a survey of questions was carried out. The obtained results have revealed that the impact of the principles of sustainability upon the companies in Lithuania is significant: it directly affects not only the efficiency but also the competitive ability of the companies. What is more, it plays an important role in formulating companies’ operational strategies and expanding the market. [From the publication]
