Personalistinė vilties pedagogika: metodologiniai metmenys

LTTarpdisciplininėje monografijoje siekta suformuoti personalistinės vilties pedagogikos metodologinius metmenis: teologinius, filosofinius ir psichologinius pagrindus, nustatyti nevilties kultūros pagrindines priežastis ir jų keliamus iššūkius personalistinei vilties pedagogikai bei moksleivių pasaulėžiūros formavimuisi, ieškoti tinkamo atsako į šiuos iššūkius. Monografija gali būti naudinga naują Pedagogų rengimo reguliaminą kuriantiems švietimo politikos formuotojams, tikybos mokytojams ir universitetinių, ypač pedagoginių, studijų dalyviams, ugdymo filosofijos tyrinėtojams. ENResearch on personalistical pedagogics of hope is relevant due to the culture of despair entrenched in Lithuanian society in a large scale. It is verified by statistical data: in Lithuania, in the group of 15-19-year-olds the suicide index is the highest among 28 EU countries and exceeds EU average index more than 3 times. In the face of culture of despair entrenched in Lithuanian society, sudden negative changes caused by globalization, financial or societal crisis, hope and its cultivation become one of the societal health promotion factors. Hope is a focus of the general audiences of the pope Francis on the Christian hope (23 catechesis cycle, 2016-2017), this virtue appears in the motto announced for the future state visit of the Holy Father in Lithuania. Therefore, the cultivation of the virtue of hope clearly correlates with current issues of contemporary Catholic Church teaching. Hope is a requisite for a person to achieve promising and noble goals, to overmaster natural forces, to comprehend outer space, to improve, to attain happiness and Salvation. In these aspirations, hope gives courage, dynamic power and an impulse to progress, to constantly look for the magnificent and good. This monograph is intended for the current and future educators and their instructors, educational policy makers, especially those who develop documents regulating teacher training, and every educator. Educational philosophy researchers, participants of master and doctoral studies can use this monograph as a scientific knowledge source as well. This interdisciplinary monograph is beneficial not only for the representatives of educology, but also for the ones of other social sciences and the humanities. In the broadest sense, this study is for every educator. This monograph deals with such a research problem: the educational science theory lacks a clear personalistical pedagogics of hope.To fix this problem, the goal of the research was set: to create the methodological outlines for the personalistical pedagogics of hope; the personalistical pedagogics of hope was chosen as the object of the research. To achieve the goal and objectives, the following methods were applied: theoretical systemic content analysis and synthesis of theological, philosophical and psychological research literature, systematization, structuring and meta-analysis of information. Interdisciplinarity of the monograph is based on the phenomenon of personalistical pedagogics of hope, its complex structure, the synthesis of various aspects of this phenomenon performed in the context of philosophical and theological study fields. Interdisciplinarity of the monograph is also supported by the methodological basis of the research: 1) Lithuanian Christian pedagogics; 2) Post-synodal apostolic exhortation Ecclesia in Europa of his holiness pope John Paul II to the bishops, men and women in the consecrated life and all the lay faithful on Jesus Christ alive in His Church, the source of Hope for Europe Ecclesia in Europa (2003); 3) encyclical letter Spe Salvi of the Benedict XVI (2007); 4) the general audiences of the pope Francis on the Christian hope (23 catechesis cycle, 2016-2017); 5) personalistical philosophical movement pedagogics of hope pointed out; the main agents and factors of personalistical pedagogics of hope identified and discussed. These results of the theoretical research, their presentation and spread enables the development of pedagogical, religious and cultural studies and researches in Lithuania and neighbour states. The monograph may be useful to those who create a new Regulation of teacher training for the educational policy makers, pedagogical staff of educational institutions and the participants in university studies, especially in pedagogical ones.
