Finansų studijų programos savitumas ir praktinis pritaikomumas darbo rinkoje Šiaulių valstybinės kolegijos pavyzdžiu

LTFinansininko profesijos praktinis pritaikomumas darbo rinkoje yra pakankamai platus. Absolventai, baigę šią studijų programą, gali dirbti tiek privačiame (gamybos, prekybos ir paslaugų srityse), tiek viešajame (valstybės tarnyba) sektoriuose. Suvokdama darbo rinkos poreikį gauti kvalifikuotus specialistus, Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija jau šešerius metus (nuo 2005 m.) vykdo finansų studijų programą. Straipsnyje akcentuojamas finansų studijų programos savitumas, analizuojant ją turinio aspektu. Aptariama dėstomų dalykų teorijos ir praktikos ryšio įtaka rengiamo specialisto profesinės kompetencijos ugdymui. Pažymėtina, kad finansų studijų programa yra viena iš populiariausių tarp stojančiųjų Šiaulių valstybinėje kolegijoje. Šiai tendencijai atskleisti analizuojamas stojančiųjų skaičius bei jų konkursinis balas 2008-2010 metais. Toliau straipsnyje analizuojami finansų studijų programą baigusių studentų adaptacijos darbo rinkoje aspektai. Akcentuotina, kad siekdami adaptuotis darbo rinkoje finansų studijų programos absolventai susiduria su visai Lietuvai būdingomis tendencijomis. Todėl autorės analizuoja 2008-2010 metais studijas baigusių absolventų įsidarbinimo duomenis, remiantis apklausų rezultatais. ENThe practical application of the finance profession in the labour market is sufficiently wide. Graduates who completed this study program can work in a private sector (production, trade and services sector) or in a public (civil service) sector. Šiauliai State College prosecutes finance study program for six years (from 2005) already concerning the demand of the labour market to get skilled specialists. The peculiarity of the finance study program is emphasised by analysing this program in accordance with the content aspect in this article. The influence of the course subjects link between theory and practise on the education of the specialist professional competence is discussed in the article. It should be noted that the finance study program is one of the most popular between the entrants in Šiauliai State College. In order to reveal this tendency it is analysed the number of the entrants and their competetive point during the period of 2008 - 2010. Adaptation aspects in the labour market of the graduates who completed the finance study program further are analysed in the article. It is important to emphasize that the graduates, who completed the finance study program, aiming to specialize in the labour market confront with the tendencies that are typical to the whole Lithuania. Therefore, the authors analyse the placement data of the graduates during the period of 2008-2010 with reference to the results of the interviews. The aim of this article is to survey the peculiarity of the finance study program which is realizable in Šiauliai State College and to analyse the adaptation of the graduates during the period of2008 - 2010 in the labour market.
