ENIn 2016, to commemorate the anniversary of Martynas Liudvikas Rėza (1776–1840), a Prussian Lithuanian cultural figure, in Juodkrantė, L. Rėza’s Cultural Centre organised creative workshops for representatives of the humanities, social studies, artists. At these workshops it was focused on how to actualise this personality and his creative heritage in different modern socio-cultural environments, make him a source of inspiration for artists, an attractive subject (and object, when a museum, tourist route, education programme, etc. is created) for the public, a source of new discoveries for scientists.
