Summary / Abstract:

Tai bendrasis vidaus produktas (BVP), vidutinis darbo užmokestis, infliacijos (prekių kainų) lygis, nedarbo lygis, investicinė aplinka, nacionalinės valiutos kursas, materialinės investicijos, tiesioginės užsienio investicijos, eksporto ir importo mastai, valstybės skola, valstybės biudžeto mokestinės pajamos, kaupimo lygis, gyventojų pajamos, kredito gavimo galimybės, ekonomikos plėtros cikliškumas. Tyrimas parodė, kad kredito unijų veiklos rezultatus ekonominės aplinkos veiksniai įtakoja menkai, todėl didelis dėmesys turi būti skiriamas vidaus veiksnių vertinimui ir kontrolei. Nors kai kurie determinacijos koeficientai yra tikrai nedideli (arti 0), o tai rodo, kad makroekonominiai rodikliai nedaro dideles įtakos kredito unijų veiklos pajamoms, vis tik identifikuota, kad labiausiai kredito unijų uždirbtas palūkanų pajamas ir grynąjį pelną veikia gyventojų pajamų mokesčio biudžeto pajamos, BVP, tenkantis vienam gyventojui bei vartojimo paskolų palūkanų norma. ENIt should be emphasized that the factors affecting the credit union's performance and continuity of the spectrum is quite broad. It is a human resources management, innovative technology, competition, planning, rational use of resources, management processes, management system, operational expediency and others. It can be assumed that the activities of credit unions as a dynamic state, which is dependent on a wide variety of ever-changing factors inherent to both credit unions both inside and outside. Internal factors are subjective, because the credit union can afford and lead them in the right direction, and external factors stemming from the credit union's outside is objectively determined, i.e. they are common to all businesses, and the company can not operate them. Analysis of external and internal environmental factors helps to assess the potential risks and opportunities, as well as determines what kind of business, economic and technical conditions and the size of the competition. Those factors helps manage corporate resources to make the right decisions. In order to identify the interdependence of Lithuania credit union performance indicators and macroeconomic indicators correlation analysis of the data was performed. Exploratory sample – 76 credit unions operating in Lithuania. The sample as a whole is qualitatively homogeneous, and correlation analysis study can be applied. In order to define the relationship between the factors and answer to the question how the mean value of phenomenon is changing according to changes of economic phenomenon, regression equation was fitted. Depending on the author, and the purpose of the study in the scientific literature released unequal number of elements in the macro environment affecting business. Depending on the author, and the purpose of the study in the scientific literature unequal number of the macro environment elements affecting business is released. It's gross domestic product (GDP), the average wage, inflation (prices) rate, unemployment rate, the investment environment, the national currency exchange rate, capital investments, foreign direct investment, export and import of the public debt of the state budget tax revenue accrual the level of income of the population, the possibility of obtaining credit, the cyclical nature of economic development. Credit unions "NI" granted loans, interest income and profits is directly affected by the PIT, Income tax, GDP per capita and the Lithuanian government debt. Loans for housing and other purposes, the interest rate has a inverse effect on the credit union's "NI" for loans. The evaluation indicators visible lku very significant connection between statistics suteitų loans and interest income and Lithuanian government debt and other indicators of correlation or statistically significant with an error probability of 0.05, or an inverse relationship. Assessing indicators of LKU significant correlation is fixed between the granted loan and the interest income and the Lithuanian government debt. The survey showed that economic environmental factors has low influence to credit unions operating results, so attention must be paid to the evaluation and control of the internal factors. Although some of the coefficients of determination are really small (close to 0), which shows that the macroeconomic indicators do not greatly affect the credit unions' income, however, identified that mostly credit unions interest income and the profits is influenced by personal income tax revenue, GDP per capita, and the interest rate on loans.
