Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje metamas analitinis žvilgsnis į kai kurias esmines Lietuvos sociologijos brendimo ir įsitvirtinimo sovietiniais metais aplinkybes. Dėmesys sutelkiamas į vieną ypač veiksmingą sociologinių žinių ir jų įtakos visuomenėje sklaidos mechanizmą - į tuomet plėtotą įmonių ir organizacijų socialinės raidos planavimo kampaniją. Straipsnis grindžiamas ne tik išsaugotais dokumentais, bet ir betarpišku, aktyviu ir konceptualiu paties autoriaus dalyvavimu šioje kampanijoje. Socialinė raida ir jos planavimas buvo hin pažangus tuometinės sistemos žingsnis, kuriame ypatingą vaidmenį suvaidino sociologai. Tas žingsnis padėjo gerinti ne tik žmonių darbo sąlygas (suprantamas pačia plačiąja šios sąvokos prasme). Jis brandino demokratiškesnę, maištingesnę pasaulėžiūrą.

ENThe author of the article deals with the quintessential circumstances of the maturation and entrenchment of Lithuanian sociology at the soviet period. There is analysed a particularly effective scatter mechanism of sociological knowledge and their impact on society - a campaign of social development planning in the enterprises and organizations. The organization of social development planning and its effectiveness were associated with the presence of sociologists and social researches in the enterprises. It aided to improve not only the operating conditions (that were understood in the broadest sense of this concept) of the engineers and labourers. It matured more democratic end rebellious world outlook of the society. The article is based on the saved documents of this period and also immediate, active and conceptual author’s presence at the campaign of social development planning.
