Barzdai. Trys altoriai, sakykla, baliustrada, vargonų choro tribūna, procesijų altorėlis

LTNeotradicionalizmo stiliaus Barzdų Kristaus Karaliaus bažnyčioje 1934 – 1935 m. buvo įrengtas Užnemunės meistrų darbo altorių ir baldų ansamblis. Tai XX a. I pusės Lietuvos sakralinės kultūros paveldo pavyzdys, vertingas savo kompleksiškumu ir tipingumu. Architektūrinė Barzdų bažnyčios altorių kompozicija būdinga to laiko neogotikos ansambliams. Paveikslai ir skulptūros atspindi XX a. I pusės katalikų religingumo prioritetus. Altorių atvaizdų ikonografija liudija apie Kristaus Karaliaus, Švč. Jėzaus ir Švč. Mergelės Marijos Širdžių ir Lurdo Švč. Mergelės Marijos gerbimą Užnemunėje. ENIn 1934-1935 The Christ King Church of Barzdai was decorated with an ensemble of furniture and an altar done by master craftsmen from the Lower Nemunas in a Neo-Tradtionalist style. It is an example of Lithuania‘s sacral cultural heritage from the first half of the 20th century, and valuable in its complexity and exemplariness. The architectural composition of the Barzdai church‘s altar is characteristic of the Neo-Gothic ensembles of the period. The pictures and sculptures reflect the priorities of religiousness of Catholics of the first half of the 20th century. The altar‘s iconography of images are evidence of the worship of Christ the King, the Most Holy Jesus, the Blessed Virgin Mary of Hearts and the Holy Virgin Mary of Lourdes in the Lower Nemunas area.
