ENThe purpose of this work was to investigate values orientation of adolescents living in socialization centers and to compare findings with the results of the control group. The tasks were: to compare values orientation of adolescents living in socialization centers with adolescents from full families; to compare values orientation of adolescents girls living in socialization center with girls from full families; to compare values orientation of adolescents boys living in socialization center with boys from full families; to compare values orientation of adolescents living in socialization centers and in full families according to three factors: internal, external and internal interpersonal. 76 adolescents participated in the study, 36 from socialization centers and 40 from full families. The results were measured using List of Values Scale (LOV). Adolescents in socialization centers reported the excitement to be more important value compared to the control group (Z = – 2,926, p = 0,004). Self-fulfillment was found to be more significant value in control group compared to adolescents from socialization centers (Z = – 2,893, p = 0,003). Girls reported being well respected (Z = – 2352, p = 0,019), security (Z = – 2,520, p = 0,012) and self-respect (Z = – 3,407, p = 0,001) to be more significant compared to boys.
