LTStraipsnyje analizuojamos visuomenės problemų sprendimo galimybes, remiantis instrumentine taikomąja etika, plėtojant empiristinį, sociologinį moralės diskursą. Straipsnyje stengiamasi pagrįsti tat, jog pastaraisiais metais, susiformavus „valdomai“ etikai, diegiant tikslingą etikos infrastruktūrą, pritaikant savireguliacijos principą, etikos kodeksus panaudojant kaip strateginės vadybos instrumentus, įmanoma tampa ugdyti konsensualias-komunikatyviąsias dorybes ir taip efektyvinti įvairias dalykines - organizacines veiklos sferas. ENIn the article "Business ethics and ethical aspects of management in organizations" the authors scrutinize the idea of social order construction. They maintain and prove that modem business ethics studies the possibilities to organize and humanize various fields of business activity on the base of empirical researches of people behavior and morality, regarded as a real social phenomena of not only general cultural importance, but rather as the functional one. Practical goals of business ethics consist in the search for relationships between ethical and efficiency aspects of the economic activities of organizations and the application of this knowledge in the art of management. The authors substantiate the idea that it is possible to develop social virtues and this way to optimize and humanize various social spheres of activities. It is reachable through making use of tools of modem business ethics, as the mean of strategic management, and applying the principle of self-regulation to practice as well. [Text from author]
