LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama gamybos verslo verslininh{ verslumas, atskleidžiami verslumo gerinimo būdai. Ištirta paklausos, prekių kainos, konkurencijos, pseudoverslo ir kitų išoriniu veiksniu įtaka verslininkų veiklai. Išnagrinėta verslininku lyties, išsilavinimo, amžiaus, šeiminės padėties ir išorinių veiksnių sąveika. Nustatyta šių veiksnių įtaka verslininkų verslumui. Pateiktas atskirų veiksnių poveikio verslumui modelis. ENArticle deals with the entreprenual capacity of industrial businessmen. The objects of research arc representative selected in typical objects. The entreprenual capacity of industrial businessmen are objectively active in the market. Businesswomen tend more to respond to the change of buyers' demands and prices of goods and better understand the importance of competition in the market. Businessmen that have higher education respond more to the most important external factors as compared to the businessmen that have lower education. The activity of these businessmen with higher education is noted by greater system and creativity. The businessmen aged 30-35 are the most active. The most significant means of the state support that enable to prepare businessmen and improve their entreprenual capacity are the introduction of discounts in the tax system, the development of business activities, formatives of innovative policy, the introduction of the laws concerning business ethics. The means of developing entreprenual capacity, that depend on businessmen themselves are increase in investments and employees' qualifications, their individual education and formation of business philosophy.
