The analyses includes a comprehensive description of the Baltic Assembly activities in 1991-2002. Resolute activity of the Inter-Parlamentary Baltic Assembly (BA) (founded in 1991) for the independence of the three Baltic States and its establishment was and still remains to be the key objective and the most important direction of action.
