Summary / Abstract:

Nustatytos keturios fizinio ugdymo turinio kryptys: a) bendro fizinio parengtumo (visos AM); b) profesinio taikomojo psichofizinio rengimo (VGTU, MRU, KU, VPU); c) metodinio rengimo (VGTU, VPU, LZŪU, ŠU, KU); d) teorinio rengimo (VGTU, LŽŪU, ŠU, VU). Pagrindiniai vertinimo sistemos kriterijai: pratybų lankomumas ir fizinio pajėgumo pokyčiai – visos AM; metodinis pasirengimas – VGTU, VPU, LŽŪU, KU; teorinis pasirengimas – VGTU, VPU, LŽŪU. Tyrimo duomenys parodė, kad dauguma AM fizinio ugdymo turinio struktūra vienmatė, apsiribojanti kūniškuoju lygmeniu, nepakankamas dėmesys skiriamas studentų intelektiniam lavinimui ir metodiniam parengimui. ENThis paper analyzes the situation of students' physical education at higher schools after restitution of Independence. Inconsistance of physical education system at higher school has been revealed. The physical culture of students is one of the most important factors of health strengthening and professional efficiency improvement, while intense scope of mental work and insufficient physical activity have increasingly negative influence on students health. Because of reduced scope of physical training and poor material facilities Departments (centres) of Physical Education are not able to effectively solve the problem concerning elimination of students' physical training deficit. Most high schools implementing everyday practice physical education lack, conceptual theoretic background and holistic view of education in reality. Transition from physical education to physical self-education is being developed too slowly. Lecturers of physical education are not ready to work under present changing circumstances.
