LTStraipsnyje pateikiami pastebėjimai apie oro uostų ekonominio poveikio vertinimą. Pastebima, kad dažnai teisiniuose dokumentuose arba šalies strategijose kalbama apie Lietuvos oro uostų lemiamą arba svarbų vaidmenį nacionaliniu, regioniniu arba vietos ekonomikos lygmeniu. Viena vertus, nauda akivaizdžiai suprantama visiems, kita vertus, Lietuvoje vis dar nepakankama nei kiekybinių, nei kokybinių įrodymų detalesniam pagrindimui. Straipsnio tyrimo tema – oro uostų ekonominio poveikio analizės metodika. Apibrėžtas straipsnio tyrimo tikslas – remiantis atliktų tyrimų atradimais ir išvadomis, apžvelgti ir aptarti oro uostų ekonominį poveikį vietos ekonomikai. Šiame straipsnyje apžvelgiami mokslinės literatūros teoriniai ir praktiniai rezultatai, kuriuose atskleidžiamas oro uostų infrastruktūros poveikis socialinei ir ekonominei plėtrai regione. Tyrimo metu pradžioje aptariami ekonominio poveikio analizės tikslai, po to tyrimo metodai, prielaidos, apribojimai ir išskiriami sėkmingi praktiniai pritaikymai. Tyrimo metu taikyta mokslinės literatūros sisteminė lyginamoji ir struktūrinė analizės bei loginė analizė. Atlikus tyrimą nustatyta, kad nėra standartinio metodo oro uosto infrastruktūros ir regioninės ar nacionalinės ekonomikos priklausomybei įvertinti. Yra skirtingos poveikio matavimo sistemos, kurias taikant gaunami skirtingi tyrimo rezultatai. Ekonominio poveikio analizė pagrįsta trimis faktoriais: analizės objekto apibrėžimu, esamų metodų nustatymu, identifikavimu kliūčių, trukdančių ekonominei analizei atlikti.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Oro uostas; Ekonominio poveikio analizė; Airport; Analyses of economic impact.

ENThe article presents remarks about the evaluation of the economic effect on airports. It was noticed that usually legal documents or the state's strategy include information about crucial or important role of Lithuanian airports in the national, regional or local economic level. On the one hand, the benefit is clearly understood by all people, on the other hand, in Lithuania there is a lack of qualitative and quantitative proof for a more detailed reasoning. A research topic of the article is a methodology of the economic impact analysis of airports. A determined aim of the research is to make a review and discussion of the economic influence of airports to local economy with regard to discoveries and conclusions of performed researches. The article makes a review of theoretical and practical results of scientific literature. They reveal the influence of airport infrastructure to social and economic development in the region. At the beginning of the research, the aims of economic impact analysis and, later, methods, assumptions, and restrictions of the research are discussed. Also, successful practical applications are presented. The following analyses were used during the research: systemic comparative and structural analysis of scientific literature and logical analysis. After the research, it was determined that there is no standard method in order to evaluate the dependence between the airport infrastructure and regional or national economy. There are evaluation systems which have different impact; different research results are acquired after their application. An economic impact analysis is based on 3 factors: determination of the analysis object, determination of current methods and identification of obstructions which do not allow a proper economic analysis.
