Atskleistos aplinkos kokybės veiksnių virsmo dvasingumo sklaidos veiksniais edukologinės prielaidos, įvertinta ugdymo strategijų pasirinkimo skadnti dvasingumo sklaidą reikšmė asmens kultūrai. Tyrimu nustatyta dvasingumo sklaidos veiksnių priklausomybė nuo asmens kompetencijos ir jos pasireiškimo, kuris koreguoja santykį su urbanizuota aplinka. ENThe task set for the Lithuanian system o f education is to consolidate individual orientation o f values, which would correspond to the cultural values o f the nation and the needs of society determined by globalization processes. This viewpoint on educational objecdves is based on the provision that spirituality is the fundamental o f individual maturity and its reladonship with the environment. How should the beginnings o f spirituality be encoded in the process of education? O n what basis should its manifestation in the environment be evaluated? in what way should humane reladonships and spiritual spread be stimulated in the society? These are topical questions in assessing the influence of urbanized environment on individual maturity. Urbanisdcs analyzes the peculiarides o f the created environment, the intersection o f tradition and personal creation as well as the possibilities to meet the needs of the society. The science o f educology investigates the possibilities to stimulate individual maturity and socialization problems. In searching for the connection o f these two sciences it is important t o evaluate the significance of the urbanized environment surrounding a person for individual maturity. Evaluating the relationship of a person and the environment it is important to reveal their cultural peculiarities and alteration conditions. Educology investigates the way in which spiritual spread is stimulated by altering the environment as well as the way in which the already created environment stimulates spiritual spread, since each component of the urbanized environment is significant for a person and may affect their personal maturity envisaging its purpose and purport. This also refers to the factors of spiritual spread adjusting individual maturity in the urbanized environment.Therefore, it is essential to deepen and consolidate their conception in the process of education. Hence, the factors of spiritual spread in the urbanized environment are a topical pedagogical issue. Object - factors o f the urbanized environment stimulating spiritual spread. Aim - to assess the factors of spiritual spread in the urbanized environment. On the basis of the data obtained from written questionnaires of 502 Vilnius city residents, the article discusses a person's relationship with the urbanized environment and its qualitative factors; analyzes the way this environment stimulates spiritual spread. It reveals educological prerequisites for the conversion of factors of environment quality into the factors of spiritual spread, assesses the significance of the selection of strategies stimulating spiritual spread on personal maturity, as well as analyzes the dependence of spiritual spread factors on personal activeness and competence. It is substantiated that the entirety of spiritual spread factors and their manifestation circumstances is a prerequisite to optimize individual maturity in the environment. The summation of the research results convinces that in the process of education it is necessary to study qualitative factors of the urbanized environment as factors stimulating spiritual spread; it is important for the trainees to consolidate the attitude and experience to evaluate the beginnings of the meaning of objects, not mere peculiarities. This way the unity of factors of urbanized environment quality and spiritual spread manifert in educational reality, which is further included into general process of individual maturity stimulation.
