Švč. Mergelei Marijai skirtos maldos ir giesmės šermenų apeigose Žemaitijoje: tradicija ir dabartis
LTŠvč. M. Marijai skirtos maldos ir giesmės šermenų apeigose Žemaitijos etnografiniame regione tradicijoje ir nūdienoje yra mažai tyrinėtos. Atliktas tyrimas parodė, jog Švč. M. Marijai skirtos maldos ir giesmės (Marijos kultas) šermenų apeigose užima labai svarbią vietą šalia šermeninių giesmių ir Žemaičių Kalvarijų Kalnų. Tradicijoje tai maldos: "Sveika, Marija", "Viešpaties Angelas", "Sveika, Karaliene" ir giesmės: "Sveika, Aušrine žvaigždele", "Vainikėlis ("Karunka"), "Stovi Motina", "Karalienė maloninga" ir "Dangaus Karaliaus". Naujos: "Marija, Marija", "Marija, Tau tebus garbė" bei "Marijos vardas". Tyrimo rezultatai pagrindžia darbo pradžioje išsikeltą hipotezę, kad Švč. M. Marijos skirtos maldos ir giesmės šermenų apeigose Žemaitijoje keičiantis laikmečiams kinta. [Iš leidinio]Reikšminiai žodžiai: Žemaitija (Samogitia); šermenys; Švč. ENPrayers and chants dedicated to the Holy Virgin Mary in Samogitian funeral ceremonies from traditional and the present viewpoint have been explored very little. The performed research revealed that prayers and chants dedicated to the holy virgin Mary in Samogitian funeral ceremonies predominate in hymnals. Those are the traditional prayers: "hail, Mary", "Angel of The Lord" ("Angelus domini") "hail, holy Queen", ("Salve, Regina"); chants "hail, The northern Star", "The crown of virgin Mary's afflictions and joys", "The Mother was standing" ("Stabat Mater"), "The gracious Queen" and "The Mother of heavenly King". Also the new ones: "Oh Mary", "Mary, be glorified" and "The name of Mary". The results of research justify the hypothesis that was expressed in the beginning of our work: prayers and chants dedicated to Holy Virgin Mary in Samogitian funeral ceremonies change over time.
