Summary / Abstract:

ENThe basis of the present reasoning, which is not utterly pertaining to political sciences, is the attempt to get a view of the social development and the dynamics of political consciousness from the humanistic perspective, i. e. to provide answers to the following questions: what is the extent the political science could be based by fiction, theory of literature, philosophy of history, philosophy of culture and essays? Is it not the time when the interpretation of culture becomes inevitable and the supporting part of the discourse or even the very analytical instrumentation of political sciences? What is the extent Mikhail Bakhtin’s insights in the area of literary criticism and culturology or Milan Kundera’s novels and essays unveil the process of politics and the modern and post-modern trends of consciousness, culture and politics at the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century?.
