Ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogų ir ugdytinių tėvų bendradarbiavimas: bendruomeniškumo ugdymo aspektas

LTIkimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogų ir ugdytinių tėvų bendradarbiavimas – tai darbas kartu siekiant bendro tikslo - sėkmingai užauginti vaiką, atsakingą asmenybę. Spartėjant gyvenimo tempui, didėjant tėvų užimtumui, tėvai vis mažiau laiko skiria vaikams, jų ugdymui. Tėvams neįsitraukiant į ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos gyvenimą, nesidomint, ar mažai domintis vaikų pasiekimais, ugdymu, pedagogai negali tinkamai įgyvendinti savo iškeltų tikslų, sėkmingai ugdyti vaiko kompetencijas ir siekti ugdymo vienovės. Tėvelių įsitraukimas į darželio veiklą turi poveikį vaikų socializacijos procesui bendruomenėje: stebėdami suaugusius vaikai mokosi bendradarbiauti, spręsti kylančius sunkumus ir nesutarimus, padeda kitiems, dalinasi teigiamomis emocijomis ir bendrais išgyvenimais, užmezga artimus ryšius su įvairiais žmonėmis, mokosi išmėginti save naujose situacijose. Straipsnyje siekiama išanalizuoti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogų ir ugdytinių tėvų bendradarbiavimą kaip bendruomeniškumo ugdymo aspektą.Teorinėje darbo dalyje, pateikiamos ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogų ir tėvų bendradarbiavimo formos, darželio bendruomeniškumo ugdymo ypatumai. Empiriniu tyrimu siekiama išsiaiškinti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogų ir ugdytinių tėvų bendradarbiavimą darželio bendruomeniškumo ugdymo aspektu. ENPre-school education institution teachers' cooperation with parents of their pupils - is a work together to achieve a common goal - to successfully raise a child as a responsible person. The accelerating pace of life and increasing busyness of parent’s schedules usually means that parents are less capable of spending more time with their children and are less involved in their education. When parents do not involve themselves in the lives of the school, do not show at all or do not show appropriate interest in their child’s achievements and education, teachers cannot properly fulfill their objectives and cannot properly educate pupils to achieve unity in better school (learning) outcomes and development of effective communication skills. Study was conducted in Klaipeda children educational institutions. Study involved 120 respondents. Including 60 parents and 60 teachers. Most parents in activities organized by pre-school teachers take the role of passive observer. Parent’s indifference, lack of interest in child, busyness of the schedules are the main barriers for successful cooperation between parents and teachers. Successful teachers and parents cooperation most often is determined by teachers’ willingness to cooperate with parents of their pupils, friendly relationship between parents and teachers, parents interest in children’s’ life in group and the desire to participate in it. For cooperation with their pupil’s parents, teachers most frequently use such forms: conversations when a child is being picked-up and (or) being brought to the school, bulletin boards, children's crafts exhibitions for parents, joint events, parent teacher meetings.s. Strength of communication between members of the community create a sense of togetherness, which can be defined as the knowledge that members of the group are important to each other and the group's commitment to one another and meet their needs.
