Summary / Abstract:

LTNemažai Lietuvoje veikiančių įmonių dirba nuotolingai, dalis jų arti bankroto ribos arba jau bankrutuoja. Joms yra svarstomos restruktūrizavimo, bankroto bylų kėlimo alternatyvos, tokiu būdu siekiant išspręsti įmonių finansines (nemokumo) problemas Disertacijoje siekiama pasiūlyti kompleksinį priemonių ir alternatyvių sprendimų modelį, taikytiną potencialiems įmonių mokumo sunkumams įvertinti (prognozuoti), įmonių nemokumo problemoms spręsti, nemokių įmonių pertvakymo sprendimams (kryptims) modeliuoti. Taip pat šiame darbe siekiama nustatyti priežastis, paveikiančias ar galinčias paveikti įmonių finansinės būklės stabilumą, mokumo sunkumų pavojų, nemokių įmonių pertvarkymo tendencijas (kryptis) ir savo ruožtu, įmonių pertvarkymo tikslingumą. Pagrindinis dėmesys moksliniame darbe yra skiriamas įmonių mokumo sunkumų vertinimo (diagnozavimo) metodikos analizei ir įmonių mokumo sunkumų diagnozavimo modelio formavimui. Disertacijoje buvo siekiama pasiūlyti įmonių mokumo sunkumų (bankrotinės būklės) vertinimo (diagnozavimo) modelį, suteikiantį galimybę įvertinti įmonių nemokumo pavojų, taip pat įmonių nemokumo problemas ir galimus šių problemų sprendimus išanalizuoti sistemiškai, įvertinant įmonių ekonominį ir finansinį potencialą, atkreipiant dėmesį į kitų rinkos dalyvių vaidmenį bei poveikį nagrinėjamiems procesams, taip pat teorines nuostatas ir moksliškai pagrįstų teiginių svarbą analizuojamos problemos kontekste.

ENMany companies in Lithuania experience losses in their activities; a part of them is on the brink of bankruptcy or is going bankrupt. Alternatives of shake-up or initiation of bankruptcy proceedings are considered in order to solve the financial (insolvency) problems of companies. In the dissertation, a complex model of means and alternative decisions that could be applied for evaluating potential difficulties of insolvency of the company, solving their insolvency problems, modulating solutions of insolvent companies’ reformation was tried to be offered. Moreover, in this work it is tried to identify the reasons that influence or can influence the stability of the financial state of a company, risk of solvency difficulties, tendencies of insolvent companies’ reformation and in turn to identify the expedience of the reformation of a company. In the study the main attention is paid to the analysis of the evaluation methodology of companies’ solvency difficulties and to the formation of models for diagnosing companies’ solvency difficulties. In the dissertation it was being tried to suggest a model for evaluating the solvency difficulties of the companies, which provides a possibility to evaluate the risk of the insolvency of the companies as well as the problems of their insolvency, and to systemically analyse the possible solutions of these problems evaluating economic and financial potential of the companies and paying attention to the role and influence of other market participants on the processes that are being analysed as well as theoretical provisions and significance of the scientifically reasoned propositions in the context of the problem that is being analysed.
