LTŠiame straipsnyje pateikiami tyrimo, kuriuo siekta atskleisti priklausomybę nuo alkoholio turinčių asmenų problemas, įvardijant pagalbos būdus, rezultatai. Tyrimo tema ypač aktuali, kadangi alkoholizmas – sunki liga, pažeidžianti visą šeimą - ne tik sergantįjį. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad tokiose šeimose vyrauja tik tai šeimai būdingi reikalavimai, funkcijos, susiformavusios taisyklės (tokios šeimos turi tik joms būdingų, labai panašių savybių). Netiesioginę priklausomybę patiriančių asmenų manymu, jiems iškylančias problemas galėtų padėti spręsti specialistų komanda, sudaryta iš socialinio darbuotojo, psichologo, mediko. Reikšminiai žodžiai: šeima, alkoholizmas, priklausomybė, netiesioginė priklausomybė, problemos, pagalba.
ENAlcoholism is an incurable chronic disease. It affects not only the person addicted to alcohol, but his family members, relatives and friends living side by side, and is called indirect dependence. Indirect dependence is a psychological state of the family members where resides a person suffering from alcohol addiction. In order to help and to provide effective psychological support to the family members of addicted person, we have to understand their experience and challenges. Object– family members of alcohol addicted persons and their problems. Skill – to analyze the problems experienced by the family members of alcohol addicted persons. Seeking collection of information regarding the problems experienced by the family members facing indirect dependence, questionnaire of the interview has been prepared. The aim by asking the interview questions is to examine the problems of family members of alcohol addicted persons. Conclusions: social problems of family members suffering from indirect dependence – is their relative, suffering from alcohol addiction and their interpersonal relationship, which are affecting emotionally, spiritually, but very mostly physically. The family members, suffering from indirect dependence cannot resolve their problems emerged, so they need a help of a social employee. The most effective methods while sorting out the problems of family members of alcohol addicted persons is an individual work of the social employee with the client or group of the clients.
