Mokinių adaptyviškų gebėjimų ugdymo tyrimas žemės ūkio profilio mokyklose

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamos pedagoginės prielaidos, kurios tarnauja žemės ūkio profilio mokyklų mokinių adaptyviškų gebėjimu ugdymui. Tai savarankiškumo, profesinio ugdymo proceso savivaldos, profesinio rengimo standartų turinio ir struktūros pedagoginės prielaidos. Atlikti tyrimai liudija, kad žemės ūkio profilio mokyklose nesukuriamos pakankamos prielaidos mokinių adaptyviškų gebėjimų ugdymui. Vis dar dominuoja reproduktyvus mokinių savarankiškumo lygis, kolektyvinės atsakomybės diegimas. Tatai liudija mažai skatinamą mokinių individualią raišką. Kai kurių adaptyviškų gebėjimų ugdymo palankesnės sąlygos yra bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose. Todėl pastarųjų patirtis galėtų būti panaudota profesinėse mokyklose. ENIn this article there are investigated pedagogie preconditions which ensure the educationtion of students' adaptive traits of personality at schools of agriculture. The author seperates: the pedagogie preconditions of independence's education; self-governmental preconditions of vocational education: the preconditions of the contents of the vocational training standards and structure. There is established that there aren't created sufficient preconditions for the education of students' adaptive traits of personality at schools of agriculture. A reproductive standard of students' independence predominates and the existed forms of students' self-government are orientated to education of collective responsibility. The individual expression of students is not prompted very much. Key words: pedagogie preconditions, self-governmental, vocational training standards.
