История изучения глагольных префиксов в литовском языке

ENThe maximum number of approachable linguistic works published during the last two centuries and devoted to the semantics of Lithuanian verbal prefi xes is reviewed in this article. The subject of these researches are derivational meanings of prefi xes and their role in aspectual modifi cation of the verbs. On one hand, the analysis of literature on Lithuanian verbal prefi xes helps to list the unique features of the Lithuanian prefi xal system in comparison with Slavic ones. On the other hand, such analysis points out the holes in the description of Lithuanian verbal prefi xes. [From the publication]
