Klaipėdos miesto jaunimo užimtumo ir įsidarbinimo galimybės Klaipėdoje

LTKiekvieno žmogaus gyvenime ateina toks etapas, kai baigiama mokykla, aukštoji mokykla ar kita išsilavinimo įstaiga ir tolesnis jaunuolio žingsnis yra susirasti darbą, kuriame jis galėtų panaudoti savo sukauptas žinias, įgyti naujų kompetencijų bei galiausiai patenkinti savo poreikius iš gaunamo atlyginimo. Tačiau neretai nutinka taip, kad jaunimui tampa sunku įsidarbint pabaigus mokymosi etapą savo gyvenime, o kiti tiesiog neturi motyvacijos įsidarbinti. Straipsnyje analizuojama Klaipėdos miesto jaunimo užimtumas bei įsidarbinimo galimybės. "Lietuvos Respublikos jaunimo politikos pagrindų įstatyme" jaunas žmogus apibrėžiamas, kaip asmuo nuo 14 iki 29 metų (įskaitytinai), tačiau nagrinėjant apie jaunimo įsidarbinimą nėra labai aktualu nagrinėti jaunimo iki 18 metų įsidarbinimą, nes dažniausiai vis dėlto įsidarbina jau pilnamečiai asmenys. Šiame darbe jaunimas bus apibrėžiamas kaip asmenys nuo 18 iki 29 metų, nes tai jau toks amžius kai bandoma aktyviausiai ieškoti darbo po mokyklos, profesinių ar aukštųjų mokyklų baigimo. ENMost people in a life reach a moment then they finish school or other educational institution and next natural step in their life is to find a job or other activity that they could use knowledge they have acquired in educational sector and leam new traits, and get pay by doing it. But sometimes it happens that it is hard for youth to get a job either because they do not have experience in that field or they do not have motivation. Youth should be "economical horse" of a country but currently we face a situation where they become economically inactive and do not participate in their country labor market. This country economy faces: a lose of significant amount of its potential because of this phenomenon, workers deficit. Klaipeda city youth survey target - to determinate how local young folk (locals or students from other parts of the country) see general situation in the city, their opportunities of employment here, job supply and demand, scope to implement themselves here. From 106 respondents who participated in this survey almost 40 percent are currently working and studying, more than 25 percent are only working. Around 44 percent expressed their complaints that it is hard for them to find a job in the city. 64 percent were looking for a permanent job up to a 3 month period. Most of respondents feel that finding job in the city are moderately difficult, and they expressed that employers usually do not take an account into what they were taught in university or a school and do not value their marks.
