ENIn this article there are discussed problems of social responsibility implementation at UAB Epso-G, determined aspects of social responsibility affirmation, analyzed and systematized the research of various Lithuanian and foreign authors on social responsibility implementation, and presented methods of implementation of social responsibility aspects. Corporate social responsibility is defined as an organization that goes beyond legal requirements, encompassing not only business economics, but also social and environmental aspects and contributing to sustainable development. UAB Epso-G is a group of energy transmission and exchange companies whose activities and results of the implemented projects are important to society. The group aims to improve business practices, implement modem human resource management, apply natural resource-saving technologies, human health-friendly materials and processes.
