LTDvaras vertingas savo sena istorija, kalkakmenip naudojimu statybai ir klasicistiniais rūmais senovinio parko su daugybe smegduobių apsupty. Visuotinai pripažinti paminklų tvarkymo principai liepia saugoti autentišką medžiagą jos netobulinant ir atskirti naujadarus nuo senų liekanų. Laikydamiesi šių principų, ten, kur galime, atkurkime buvusį sodybos vaizdą. Senovines pastato dalis atidenkime ir saugokime, o ten, kur turime duomenų, atkurkime trūkstamas dalis iš naujos medžiagos, naudodami kuo artimesnę į senąją technologiją. Nepasitenkindami vien likučių išsaugojimu, atkurkime dvarą kaip vientisą kūrinį. [Iš straipsnio, p. 216]

ENPeriods of the construction could be distinguished into: I. The manor house is shown in the plan of the Duchy of Biržai dated 1645. Roma Songailaitė unearthed the foundations of buildings in the northern part of the yard from the beginning of the 16th century and the beginning of 19th century and found tiles with the family and the state emblems dated back to the period between the second half of the 16th century and the 19th century. The lower part of the walls of the central part of the classicist manor may also be dated in the same period. This period of manor matches with the construction of the Biržai Castle. II. Since the middle of the 19th century until the middle of the 20th century a classicist manor homestead was formed. III. The decrease of the manor started in the second half of the 20th century (the period of the occupation of the Soviet Russia - first years of independence). The plan of the manor homestead.
