Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos tikslų įgyvendinimo galimybė, taikant Herzbergo dviejų veiksnių teoriją

LTBendrojo lavinimo mokykla bei jos veikla yra sudėtinga sistema. Ją galima tirti įvairiais aspektais. Vis dėlto Lietuvoje mokyklos veikla, siekiant jos tikslų įgyvendinimo, taikant Herzbergo dviejų veiksnių teoriją, nebuvo tirta. Straipsnyje stengiamasi išryškinti Herzbergo dviejų veiksnių teorijos taikymą kaip Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos tikslų įgyvendinimo galimybę. Atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizę ir empirinių tyrimų metaanalizė. Nustatyta, kad norint taikyti šią teoriją, būtina ją modifikuoti. Herzbergo veiksniams veikti trukdo pedagogų ir mokinių pasitenkinimo veikla trūkumas.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Mokyklos tikslai; Herzbergo teorija.

ENThe general education school is usually analysed in a systematic (holistic) context. Individuals act in the school, so the implementation of a school’s goals depends on their efficiency. This article deals with Herzberg’s two factors theory. The possibility to apply the theory for goal implementation in Lithuanian schools of general education is explored. Herzberg’s two factors theory is highlighted as one of the ways to stimulate the implementation of a school’s goals. The research of application of this particular theory was conducted in Lithuania in 1995 and 1996. It revealed that the theory has to be modified if applied in Lithuania. Moreover, the research proved that the search for possible ways of implementation of a school’s goals could be based on this theory. [From the publication]
