Bibliologijos katedros 1940-1943 metų veiklos dokumentai

LTBibliologijos katedros steigimo dokumentus tyrinėjo ir analizavo nemažai Lietuvos mokslininkų (G. Raguotienė, L. Gudaitis, V. Žukas, K. Sinkevičius) Šioje publikacijoje pirmą kartą skelbiami ištisiniai Bibliologijos katedros įsteigimo tekstai. Bibliologijos katedros, turėjusios įtakos bibliotekininkystės, knygotyros ir kitų disciplinų raidai, įsteigimas Vilniaus universitete 1940 m. rugsėjo 1 d. ir joje subrandintos mokymo programos bei planai yra svarbūs aukštojo bibliotekininkystės ir knygotyros mokslų brandos įrodymai. Publikuojami Vilniaus universiteto, Mokslų akademijos, Nacionalinės M. Mažvydo bibliotekų rankraščių skyriuose bei Lietuvos centriniame valstybės archyve saugomi dokumentai. Publikacijoje skelbiamo 31 archyvinio šaltinio tekstai ar jų ištraukos sugrupuoti chronologine seka nuo pirmojo 1939 m. pabaigoje ar 1940m. pradžioje V. Biržiškos minėto Bibliologijos katedros projekto iki 1944m. kovo 15 d. dokumento, liudijančio J. Rimanto pastangas Vilniaus universitete atgaivinti Bibliologijos katedros veiklą, dėl karo veiksmų nutrūkusią 1943 m. kovo 15 d.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Bibliotekininkystės ir knygotyros akademinių studijų istorija Lietuvoje.

ENA number of scientists (G. Raguotienė, L. Gudaitis, V. Žukas, and K. Sinkevičius) have analysed and carried out research on the documents regarding the establishment of the Department of Library Science. For the first time, complete texts regarding the establishment of the Department of Library Science will be introduced in this publication, which influenced the development of library science, book science and other disciplines. It was established at Vilnius University on 1 September 1940, and its well-developed study programme and plans are important evidence of the maturity of library science and book science at the higher education level. Documents kept in the manuscript departments of the libraries of Vilnius University, the Academy of Sciences, and the Martynas Mažvydas National Library and Lithuanian State Archives are also published here. There are 31 texts from archival sources or excerpts from them introduced in this publication, which are grouped in chronological order from the first document from V. Biržiška’s above-mentioned Department of Library Science project from the end of 1939 or beginning of 1940 until a document from 15 March 1944 showing the efforts of J. Rimantas to revive the activities of the Department of Library Science at Vilnius University, which had been postponed because of war on 15 March 1943.
